IAC valve screw replacement

1990 240sx
The IAC screw is plastic and is falling apart.
Is there a replacement I can get????
Is there a metal one from another model that would fit????

It looks like I can still order these bolts. Factory part number is 08120-63533. I work at a dealer and can order you new ones if you need.
