IAC boost leak fix?

Doing some routine boost leak testing, I noticed this.. How do you guys think I should go about fixing this while still retaining adjustability?

new seal for the adjustment screw? or get a used one.

I quickly figured that one out right after I posted this.. I just never imagined I would find a leak here.. These old cars are so needy.
