I have a 1993 240sx DOHC and i have some strange idle problems/ the car just isnt running like it used to. So i think i found the plug going to the iac and aac and want to know the ohms that should show up when i test the sensors. Anyway the plug looks like this..... ************ * _ _ _ * * * * _ _ _ * * * ************the two on the top left when touched show 21.4 ohms (the wires going to the connectors are red and black)

the two on the bottom right when touched show 10.2 ohms.

i think the top left is the blown sensor, but i need to know the proper ohms for the iac and the aac.

Check the harness to the valve assembly and the red/white and the red/green wires match them to the wires at the valve and check the ohm reading,it should be approx. 10 ohms at the valve harness.. If okay check the plunger under the valve for sticking or carbon build up. You can clean the valve with a good carb. cleaner. Be careful not to loose the spring that might be inside. While you have the harness unplugged check the brown wire for a 12 volt signal with the key on at the vehicle side of the harness.
