IAA or AAC?

Well maybe someone can help me out here, heres the problem. After driving for a while or going over 5grand, when i cluch in the rpm's drop like fat chick after a ham sandwich, to about 300 and sometimes stalls out completely. I looked over the FAQ's and found that it may be the IAA or ACC valve. But I'm not to sure what that means, what they do, how to correct it, or if thats event he problem. Thanks
