I35 pings/knocks/rattles under load

Here's what I've had done on my car in the past 1.5 years to ATTEMPT to rid it of the engine knock:1. Fuel Injection service (X 3 @ dealer)2. 6 cans of BG44k3. replaced MAF4. SeaFoam through the intake5. Octane Boost6. Techron additive7. Seafoam in the gas tank

All this has resulted in NO change in the noise. Can anyone offer me any suggestions? I'm getting very frustrated. Dealership is telling me "just wait" and continue using premium gas and it will EVENTUALLY go away. I don't want to drive my car for 75% of the time I will own it w/ engine knock.
