I just bought a 02 I35 with sport package. What is the JDM equivalent model called? And are there any interchangeable part (grille, taillights, emblems)? He's the daily driver 04 G35 coupe. And I traded my 01 Sienna for a I35 family car and grocery getter.

If what I gather from your paragraph is correct, then you're speaking of the Cefiro. I didn't quite understand what you were saying. Throwing the G35 in the mix screwed me up.

Agreed. The Cefiro is the JDM equivilant of the I30, and possibly the I35. I am not sure when production of the Cefiro stopped.

And the G35 threw me off as well.

not sure but from what i heard and know the Cefiro is same thing as the maxima from 1995 to 1999 and infinity g35 from 2000 to present and these cars are only available in japan and other countries as such and is right hand drive and that car doesn't look like any on them

G35 has nothing to do with the Maxima. It's a RWD car based on an entirely different platform. Also, the G35 is not "JDM." It's a US model.

Cefiro is the Maxima equvalent from 95-2003. The Cefiro looks identical to the I30 save for some badging and minor trim pieces.

There is no Japanese equivalent to the '04+ unless you count the Teanna which is still a completely different car, but happens to share the Maxima's chassis.

And FYI, the JDM version of the G35 is called the Skyline. Yes, I know it sounds rediculous, but it is true. They are the same car. The new "Skyline" that everyone is so hyped about, is NOT a Skyline, but has been named the Nissan GTR. They are totally different cars. Just as well, the Skyline that we have all griown to love, R32-R34, is no longer made. Not in the JDM, USDM, or any other domestic market. As far as I know, the RB26 is no longer manufactured. As MOD said, the G35 is the USDM version of the JDM Skyline.

The G35 is my daily driver and the I35 is our family vehicle. I know about the Skyline. I use to own a R32 Skyline GTR when I was stationed in Okinawa. I just didn't know what the I35 equivalent was. It was so long ago since I left Okinawa. My G is in the works(APS twin turbo, Tein suspension) As far as the I35 Iam just putting wheels/tire, cold air intake, exhaust.
