I35 ignition/steering wheel won't unlock

The ignition on my 2002 I35 will not unlock. I have tried working steering wheel and key, done same while rocking the car, unlocked shift lever and worked steering and key while rolling the car in neutral, lubricating switch with graphite; tried different keys; disconnecting battery. I have searched the archives with no luck. I am looking for any suggestions before I have it towed. Thank you. -LEL

Try simultaneously trying to turn the steering wheel and the key in the ignition.
