I35 CD audio sound and auto headlight issues

I searched but I didn't find anything.

Anyone with I35 have a problem with their BOSE CD audio going in and out? sometimes it'll sound great with full beautiful base and sometimes it sounds more flat and tinny. It'll come in and out randomly, and it's not the speed volume control It'll go in and out sitting still at a light. Anyone?

Also, the auto headlight issues. I'm afraid to use them now. For the second time, without any warning, the lights have stayed on the whole night and drained the battery. All the doors were shut and the alarm was armed. I don't know what I could be doing that's keeping the lights on and draining the battery. Any thoughts?
