Thanks for the reply. I assume you mean the F shop manual? Another source indicates it is accessible thru the glove box cavity. Anyone sure? pmd

Yes, the FSM is invaluable aid, even if you don't personally work on the car.

The cabin filters are usually accessed by removing the glove box and a under dash reinforcing bar on the larger Q45.

Again, I bet the FSM is very clear.
