I30T A/C smells musty

The A/C drain tube appears to be plugged on my 1998 I30T. I cotinue to get a musty smell. Is it ok to try and blow air up the tube to clean it out or will that cause harm to some internal part?

Better yet take off the glovebox and clean out the evaporator box.. youll find all kinds of crap in there.....
