I30 steering wheel/column extender?

I have a problem getting a comfortable grip on my steering wheel without folding my legs up like a pretzel. Is there a practical way to extend the steering column without affecting the cruise, radio and airbag functions mounted in the steering wheel?Thanks!

Hmmm. I cant asnwer this but the Q45s have a telescoping wheel
