I30 front brake rotor removal

I searched and did not come up with anything. What is the secret to removing the front rotors on a 2001 I30?

Is the rotor the same as the hub or are they two different parts?

If someone would be kind enough to point me this info, I would be most greatful.

What, you mean they didn't just slide right off? LOL Look to see if the rotors have 2 small threaded holes in their faces over the hubs. If so you need to thread 2 bolts into the holes and push the rotors off with the bolts. Not sure of the thead, but OEM rotors will be metric, maybe 10 or 12mm, 1-1.5mm pitch. Or apply the BFH technique.

Already tried BFH, didn't work. Went to that first when I found that there are no bolt holes on the rotor. Any other ideas.

Hit the back side of it with a rubber mallet?

That worked....I just wasn't using the appropriate level of anger.
