I30 Fog Light Bulb

It appears that a bulb is out on one of the fog lights for my 1999 I30. Can I follow the instructions in the FAQ on changing this or does anyone know of a post that describes the process? If anyone has any pointers, please let me know.

you should be able to unbolt the splash guard and access it from there. if thats not the case then there may be a bolt holding the fog lamp assembly in place that has to be removed. if this is the case then there's more than likely a phillips head screw holding the bulb in place.
