I cleared my corners and had the same condensation problem. Solution: Drill a series of small holes on the bottom of the lense all the way from end to end (approx 5-8 small holes). This keeps moisture out and your lights clear as day.blazncypher wrote:i think they are just poorly sealed, i noticed moisture in the left headlight within a couple weeks, and now it is becoming an issue. you can adjust the cutoff as far as up and down there is a screw on the top of each light. there is another screw down towards the bottom of the head light ( you gotta look for it) i adjusted it but really coudlnt see what it was doing. my biggest problem is that the cutoff looks horrible and the light seems to just go stright up into the sky even when i adjusted to point very low.
HINT: The oven is your friend - heat the whole headlight unit (with the exception of the bulbs) to loosen the seal. Use your own discression when heating though - too much heat could melt the plastic. Also, put it on a cooking tray because the racks get hot and can melt lines into the headlight even before the seal is plyable. You can get somewhat rough with the lense covers when prying them away from the housing - they're fairly tough material.B5volksdragon wrote:good thinking!!
