my goal of this car is to have another DD but i also want to have a bit of drifting fun.

some picks of what i've done so far:

i took out the back seat and laied the bottom out of fiberglass. the subs will fire down. this is so i can recreate a back seat



i started to build speaker pods for the rear. this is the first layer of bondo on the rear speaker plate. once more i used fiberglass. it has holes for a 4" and a 5.25" speaker



then i wrapped them in vinal and tossed some rockfords in them.



a little more looking at it.



then i built a top for the box.



put it in the car for a test fit.



that's all i have so far for pics. i started building speaker pods for the front over the weekend. i have also put a layer of foam around the sub box and found some fabric to carpet it.

my project has slowed down a bit since i am putting a 5 sd swap on top priority. i have a fidanza flywheel and have ordered an exedy stage 2 clutch. more to come

looks really nice. most of our project logs are body work and paint and motor swaps. kind of nice to see some audio stuff to break up the mechanical monotony.
