Let's face it, our cars are getting old and stuff is no longer working (either self-imposed or just old age). Some of us fix it religiously, some of us just let some stuff slide.

I'll kick it off - I wish my 240 (S13) climate control lights worked. Its a pretty dark place in there at night. I replaced my cluster lights with LEDs, so they work well, but everything else is pretty dark.

I wish I had a second Recaro so my passenger seat didn't look like it survived the apocalypse.

I wish my 240 didn't rattle on start-up.

A 2yr old and 1yr old twins don't leave me much time for fun stuff away from work.

I wish my 240 wasn't notorious for cracked dashes.

You can dremel out the cracks and open them up, fill it with fiberglass and body filler, sand it down, and flock it. It'll look new.

I wish my 240 was timed right, aligned, and registered for the streets.

Instead of flocking the dash use a dash repair kit, hard or soft, from JCWhitney. It comes with texturing sheets and hot pen to match the factory grain.

I wish my 240 let me drive her more than 100 miles a year for the last 6 years.
