This past weekend was the FIRST weekend we could wash our cars at home since the drought started. No washing during the week here.Probably worse in ATL

'Bout a week ago... hand wash and a coat of Zaino. It's about time to clay and rub out tho. I would really like to use a power buffer, (you know, more power... "OH, OH, OH" ) but I've always been afraid of burning the paint, or making it thin in spots.

January. It rains so much, and I travel the freeway, so within a day it is nasty again. I don't like to wash it too often, since it is easier to wash in some swirls and scratches. Better to let it sit until we have a few days of sunshine (or at least no rain) in the weather forecast.

I washed my car and the wifes tahoe on sunday. Cleaned them up real nice. Just bought a new detail bucket (jorgens) from costco so I had to test it out. I wanted to test out the waxes but ran out of time. Maybe this weekend

I don't know about the dealers there, but the last time i took my car to a dealer( which will be my last time unless warrenty issue pops up) they used some cheaptowl of sorts because i had Crazy swirls marks all over my black M35.
