yeah im only 18 too got my car when i was 17 tho its hard tring to build a car off **** high school jobs that pay 7 or 8 bucks an hour

Im also 18 i got my z this august and its been tough building this car. I still dont have it on the road yet. I just got my motor and took me awile to find it. I have noticed that the mojority of Z owners have high paying jobs and are not exactly teenagers anymore. Good to see that there are young people trying to tame these cars. What i wonder is who is the youngest Z owner

i got my first Z a few months ago and ive been putting it back together and blowing all my hard earned minimum wage on that car, i get lots of compliments on it already though... so apparently im doing a good job.

i'm 19 and a student at penn state with a full time job, had my z for 3 years this august when i turn twenty and worked my way through a motor swap, suspension and am hoping to have the car finished in another 3 years. everything with a z takes time, patience, and a ton of work. just keep at it n you will love your z. my only advice is to budget your money and set your final goal for her early. as soon as you know what the final outcome you want is, every step makes you love the car so much more.glad to hear you've picked up a 300zx, congrats and good luck

Im 18. Got my first TT when i was 15 with a permit lol.

Im on my 3rd TT now. I had to sell the first 1 cuz my license got suspended for 6 months and I wrecked my 2nd one about a year and a half ago i still have nightmares

i just got my z in january and i will turn 20 on april 30.

and yeah it really sucks making 7.20 and having a car that just begs for thousands of dollars in upgrade parts. lol. luckily it's already pretty fast.

i'm 32 in the millitary have wife, 2 kids, a sport bike and a 2+2 z going thru a tt swap and auto to manual conversionall while living in san diego. it aint cheap here. 350 a gallon for 91 octane here don't even ask about housing. 500,000 gets you a 2 bedroom condo heretwonhouses hitting 1.5 millliv it up you can die tomorrow.

Im not rich neither are my parents. We used to own a descent auto dealership back in the day and then sold it to a friend. But the guy we sold it too is a close family friend so We were still able to use the dealer license to get into auto auctions. Which is where i got my first TT for $2800 and started to make my way up by selling my first Z for $8500 cuz my license got suspended.

Then got my 2nd TT again from the auction for 5k. I wrecked it and got paid 11k by insurance.

Which brings me to my current Z. I bought this one for 12k after i couldnt find one in immaculate cond at the auction.

i wanted to get a Z, but my buddy having one. i quicky learned that it is far from a cheap car to mod. its extremely expensive if you ask me. so instead, i have an S14 with an RB25. hahaha. not exactly a cheap way to go either. lol.

Im 18 and this is my 2nd car. I was a previous Honda owner. Yea it was an easy car to mod but the mods didnt do anything but make it louder. I love my Z and i cant wait to do the TT swap

I'm 15 now, but I bought my 1st Z 2 years ago. It was a 1986 Z31 2by2 and I had alot planned for it, untill I learned that to do the upgrades I wanted, I needed to do too many conversions, so I went with a Z32 with because of the aftermarket support.

Well, I started researching and learning about Z's when I was 15. You just have to read, read, and read some more. Plus, I have done everything (besides a clutch replacement because I didn't have access to a lift) to my Z, from changing the spark plugs to pulling the plenum to change an injector myself.

I just turned 25. I've owned chevy, ford, honda, nissan, mazda, toyota, kawasaki, and suzuki. I bought my z last summer. It is the nicest and fastest car I've owned yet. I have a 94 katana 600, a 94 accord as a daily driver and an 86 mustang gt that I'm building a 347 stroker for. I love cars. And I've always loved the z. Glad I found her.

im 18, will be 19 in july... i had a 94 es300 which was paid half and half between me and my parents some drunk mexican hit me on the freeway at 10 in the morning on my way from school ( WHO THE HELL GETS DRUNK AT 10AM!!) but anyways the insurance gave me 4,500 and i put another 600 on that and bought my NA... and ive gone through severall low paying jobs trying to mod my car but now ive got a steady job at HOME DEPOT paying $9.50 an hour as apposed to my last job at dalias pizza which payed about 7 but so far i havent done much other than H.I.D's the spoiler which i took off... and my cat back exhaust which i am now replacing because it broke ... but damn alot of youngin's in here man i thought i was the only young buck
