I saw the new 2011 coupe with the Red leather patch on the door. I was wondering if there is a place to just buy that pair of that red leather and how much work will it be for this "leather swap" process lol thanks !

leather work might cost you depending on where you go. one of my uncles does this kind of job as a sidejob and usually it depends on how much leather your using and how complicated it is to do the job. so just ask around for quotes.

it kinda sucks now (2010's & 2011's) that only cvt's get the option of leather. if you want leather in manual, you gotta buy the 3.5 SR. :frown:

i think the '08's & '09's were different? too lazy to investigate...

instead of buying the leather package offer to you by your dealer. buy the aftermarket leather with installation is still way less than the dealers package pricing

yea you can get a lot higher quality leather installed aftermarket, i remember my old 3 series leather was mediocre quality at best :tisk:
one route is with custom tailored seat covers which a lot of high end car buyers use not just for the selection/quality you can get but to protect their original interior which can remain pristine when needed for sale/trade-in down the road.
thinking about doing the 1" real tailored sheepskin covers for my coupe soon from rocky mountain or autoanything myself.
