I want your CA powered ride!

Im very well aware this isnt classified, but I dont want anything but a CA powered car, so I figured it would be appropriate to put it in this thread.

Ill trade my S14, for your CA powered ride. I dont care if the cars bone stock with a stock CA in it, ill trade you aslong as it runs well. to be fair, I would LIKE for it to have maybe a FMIC or some minor upgrades, but I really want a CA powered car, and I have no way to get any $$$ to put a CA in my S14 (I lost my Job), so nows your chance to trade your CA powered ride for my rust free, clean S14.







Mods:

Aprox. 101k on motor and trans (have the gauge cluster out of the car it came out of with like 98k on it), 218 on body, was florida car zero rust.

Drivetrain :Injen cold air inductionHotshot header 2.5"CatCo high-flow catalytic converter 3"RS*R 3" ExMag II catbackAccel wiresexedy stage 1 clutch (pretty worn)Venom 400 performance control module (gay, old owner put it on)

Suspension:tein basic coilovers dropped near 3"alot of suspension parts were replaced just for preventative measures.

Brakes:axxis brake pads

Interior:the *** ugly blue interior was taken out and it was replaced with a kouki interior thats black w/ brushed aluminum but it has s13 seats in it because i had corbeaus in there but sold them, no headunit...was stolen by a mexican. the car needs a plug for the gauge cluster lights, can be found in a junkyard for like 15$ if that, other than that, nothings wrong with the interior, it still has the blue seats, and headliner + carpet.

wheels:18" Aerospeed'swrapped in kumho ecsta's that are like 1 month old if that..

other than that, theres a small dent in the Pass. door, thats the only thing I can think of on the body thats bad, + Ive removed the spoiler. I still have it though.

actually, the thing with most CA owners as opposed to SR.. no.. we dont want to get rid of our CAs...

If I had the money, I would just do the swap into my s14, but I dont, and im jobless, maybe some CA owner will help me out here. hell someone go buy a 500$ shell and swap in a 1500$ CA and trade me it for my S14 and sell my S14 for a profit I dont care i just want a CA powered car.

You sound really desperate for a CA18 car. Why not just be patient and see if you can find a job or sell your s14? It looks in great condition. Patience is virtue.

eh I wont have a job for shure within the next 5 months...so I just want something with boost. and 4 guys around me have SR20 cars, so i refuse to get an SR powered car, im either gunna wait a few more days, if no one trades me, my 240 will go in storage for the winter and come out and ill make it KA-T.

in fact, i reccommend that you do that, so maybe youll get a new job or whatever, and be better off at life

sure, ill still be around. (unless something goes horribly wrong with my back surgery)

but really, sometimes you have to get a job thats not quite what you want to do to pay the bills

BTW, we are moving to oklahoma. where the land is cheap, and i can make about the same money as i could in a big city (or silicon valley)

i have a 90 maroon hatch with a ca18det. t25 greddy catback. recently did a 5 angle valve job on it. new timing belt. runs great.

Yeah ill work on some more pic's guys, clean title, working heat and a/c (needs a recharge, doesnt blow cold enough for my liking, but works great when charged).

is it a 95 or a 96? sunroof? whats with the black passenger fender? where the hell is kittanning, how far west?

hah, black fender is no longer black, its white, old lady backed into it, and thats how the slight dents in the door, but fender was dented well, so i replaced fender its now color matched, its a 95 with no sun roof. also kittanning is near butler PA, north of pittsburgh PA.

i got a 89 coupe. white. running a n/a ca18de swap, and also comes with a ca18det long block and associated parts. z32 brakes, 5 lug, s14 control arms with new balljoints, silkroad coilovers, apexi gt spec exhaust, and a unkown lsd.

Yeah sounds like it, N/A motor runs and drives? and I mean is the turbo motor complete, it has everything needed for me to put in some forged interals and crank that boost up?

n/a motor runs and drives, but im in the middle of diagnosing a small problem. it was ok, but its running rich right now, havent had a chance to fix it so its been parked for a few weeks. turbo motor is complete and on an engine stand at my friends garage.

car also has lost of mismatched wheels, 2 fno1r's 17x9, 2 fd rx7 wheels, some volk knock offs in 16x8, and some other im sure.
