I want to upgrade my turbo to a 2871r, i beleive it's .54a/r? I have a pretty much bolt on, s14 sr20. Are 550cc's, z32 maf, oil/coolant lines, JWT tune on the ecu enough to get me by with it? Will i be fine on stock fuel rail and fpr? What's an ecu reflash like compared to a standalone tune? I'm not looking for anything more than 300whp...

Im not sure on the FPR, but you may be safe there.

For 300WHP, JWT Or Enthalpy(Higher Reccomended IMO) will do great.

you'll be fine with a working stock regulator.

what are my other options for reaching 300whp? do i necesarily need a turbo? will headwork + a rom tune get me there? headwork such as 256/264 cams, on 14 - 15psi. maybe even 280whp?

Without more fuel and a better MAF you wont pass 250-260.

The S14 T28 should get you 280WHP with a tune without cams on 14PSI.

does anyone have a chart? or can anyone refer me to a person who's done this before? i've seen a dyno for a guy who hasan s14sr, just basic bolt ons like fmic, exhaust. no manifold. he tuned it with an aem standalone on bigger injectors and maf, and pulled 300whp on a dynojet. i've heard those dynojets are off by alot though... and he said it was on 20psi, which i do NOT want to push my stock turbo to.
