First....quality parts cost money. You get what you pay for. Don't cheap out. Save up and do a little at a time.

Turbos -If you're on a budget, which you seem to be by your exhaust price statement. Anyway, there are lots of options, good easy direct bolt ons that offer a decent power upgrade over stock are the JWT (jim wolf technology) turbos. BUT...you need to upgrade a lot of other things when you do turbos.

Exhaust-You won't find anything any good that's new that will be in a price range you like. Shop around for the HKS Hiper...you can find it close to 600 bucks sometimes if you're lucky.

Chip-Go with either Z1 or JWT. JWT is about 600 bucks and Z1 is about 300 bucks

What else to do-Suspension, brakes, save money and buy good parts.

Those wheels kind of look like Borbet's or Work wheels. I'm not sure though.

i have an na z so im not sure as far as turbos go, but as far as exhaust, if you cant afford to go all out for an hks hiper (recomended), you could always just do like me and do custom piping cat back and then cop whatever mufflers you want to put on the end, i payed a total of 400 for my exhaust system (200 for the mufflers and 200 for custom cat back piping) and my exhaust performs fine, i do intend on upgrading my exhaust when i do my tt swap...

Yes. As long as its a real JWT chip and not some ebay chinese copy. Check for the sticker on the chip/ecu with the program number and everything.
