First....quality parts cost money. You get what you pay for. Don't cheap out. Save up and do a little at a time.
Turbos -If you're on a budget, which you seem to be by your exhaust price statement. Anyway, there are lots of options, good easy direct bolt ons that offer a decent power upgrade over stock are the JWT (jim wolf technology) turbos. BUT...you need to upgrade a lot of other things when you do turbos.
Exhaust-You won't find anything any good that's new that will be in a price range you like. Shop around for the HKS Hiper...you can find it close to 600 bucks sometimes if you're lucky.
Chip-Go with either Z1 or JWT. JWT is about 600 bucks and Z1 is about 300 bucks
What else to do-Suspension, brakes, save money and buy good parts.
