I want to race this damn thing!!!

Im tired of just going fast on roads. that's stupid/dangerous/etc/etc but its the only way i can get my kicks. Looking for a way to race my 240sx on a track, i dont think id beat anything in a drag :/. Im in northeast NJ, are there any good courses with track days round here?

you have to go on raceway parks website in englishtown,nj they hold drift events and have the days when they let random cars on the track to try and drift and to practice

I thought they were done with the road course. They've been workin on it for awhile, I drive by there at least once a week and they have all the barriers and fences up along the road that the track is on. You ever wanna hit up Englishtown let me know, I'm like 20 min away from there. I've been itching to take it there myself. Especially now that I have my timing chain done, that's the biggest thing I was worried about.

Who cares if your car's not fast, take it on the strip anyway, the more seat time you have on the track, the better. Just go there on an open night, everyone shows up from hot rods to regular street cars.

I've seen the schedule a few times (the paper ones, not online) and I thought every wed. is drift day there, maybe I'm wrong.

yea i wanna go soo bad but if you go to the regions section and look for nj and whatnot i have pics of bent valves straight across the board cause of a timing chain as soon as i get that fixed ill lower my car and go to the track.
