Hey everyone, I just got a 2008 Altima 2.5 S and I want to make it my own so I want to get the rims painted black. The car's color is jet black so should I have the stock rims painted a jet black to match the car or more of a flat black? I want it to look good so what do you think would look best?

I think in the long run it should depend on your taste and where you live.
I've been thinking about getting my rims done (because honestly there is nothing wrong with the stock 2010 design), but my friend who works for an undisclosed police department informed me that they're more prone to pulling cars over that have a gloss shine because of the amount of attention the attract. Again, it all depends on your taste though and what you'd like to see; I'm sure you can find someone to photoshop your options for you.

^ This.
I don't know how I feel about black-on-black, though. I want a matte finish on my rims when I get them done, so I'm going to look into powdercoating them. I like the gloss-white/matte-black contrast.
I'm thinking about getting the C-Mod grille or just spraying the stock grille + mustache to be a flat black.
