Mersidoe, the saying goes, never say never but the wiring harnesses that plug into the back of your stereo (assuming it's the stock unit) are designed to lock in place so they don't vibrate loose, etc.
However, anything is possible. To get to the harnesses, you'll have to pull out the head unit.

If the harnesses are good, check fuses, if those are good, then the head unit may be dead.
The folks at the above link specialize in repairing Bose head units. They repaired my head unit and it's as good as new. My unit however had a different problem than yours. My CD player quit working.
