I have a 92 here at the lot. Took it to lunch. What a CAR!!! It just has somthing that my Y33 does not. The feel of the seats, the feel of the shifter, the sheer enjoyment of drive. Only thing compareable is a renzdevous with an ex lover that you never fogot about.

God I love that 15 yr old car.

Imagine owning a cherry one. For just over $10,000 in acquisition and restoration, you can have one nearly as good as new.

My dream is to restore a Mulberry 95 active.

Black black is what I would really like. Preferably a 92-93 with updated guides.

Here's a nice 92http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/162225

I could probably convince the guy that's buying my 94 Black/Black to find something else if you really want one. Down side, is it has some rust at the rear wheel well seams.

I thought I wanted a black on black too. But I saw the dk blue and I was stunned by how "rich" it looked. The one I found had 123K on it and was drivin by a 90 pound woman for the past six years---she made narry a dent in the drivers side hides---they look like they have less than 30K on them.

I think if you go for one you should find a minty mint interior first. It amazes me how great I feel when I look at it the prestine condition--it makes it OK when I drop the big bucks on the maintenence stuff.

If I could find a person to trade for my 99 T, I think I would. I would settle for a 94+.

I'll sell ya my '94 with only 39K on the clock. Pearl white on white leather. Just had a major service ($1100) done at T3. Everything works perfectly, it's practically a brand new car.

$11,000 - no refubishment or restoration needed.

The car is tentatively sold to a friend (he's selling off all his long term debt and buying it), but he and I can find him something else if need be.

I have spare (some new) interior parts, just replaced the rear shocks/springs with blues and lowered Eibachs. I have froints, they're just not on yet. Wes just repalced the plugs, FUCA's and Tension Rods. I have a few more parts to go along with it.

Here's the link (with clickable pics) when I first posted it for sale/trade.zerothread?id=188247

It's obviously a car that's spent a few winters up north, just so you're aware. Plan is/was to put the Murano wheels/tires on it and put the OZ Racing's I picked up on Da Beast.

Sharp car. I don't want to steal a deal from your buddy. Let me know if it falls through. Im at a point with my car right now that I can either spend the $800 to get the suspension perfect or get what I want for the car. I'm very stumped on what to do.

I am curious how bad the cancer on the car is. Worth fixing? What do you think?

If Keith doesnt mind me throwing this in (third party), the rust is NOT rotten through... So, its very fixable with some bondo/sanding and painting. I dont think youl have to weld in any new metal...

His 94 is a really nice car, ive ridden in it and its pretty nice!

You wouldn't be stealing the deal from my buddy, he's looking for a reliable car to last him ~3 years and not cost a ton to do so (in payments or repairs). In all honesty, I'd rather see it got o a Q-person. He just doesn't have the same passion for it .

I wouldn't look to do anything right away, maybe not until after the holidays, but things are always subject to change.

I conceded a while ago, that having an immaculate looking black car is more trouble than I'm willing to spend and have focused more ont he mechanicals. I've never checked into having it fixed, but Wes can seems to think there's a product out there that can stop it and then some small paint/body work to "dress up".

To be honest with you, I'm planning on getting a Y33 in the Spring, but I told myself (before buying Da Beast) I'd never buy another black car ... and I did .

Is yours still lowered? What suspension issues do you need to address?

He got Tein's from me, now he just needs a set of KYB SR's which Van has 1 or 2 available now. AFIK, that's all his Q needs. Apparently the Tein's with the adjustable 99-01 shocks doesn't work as well as they do with the OE non adjustables. But I never found out how many miles the OE adjustables had to begin with. I'd love to see you scoop up his Y33!

Thats pretty much it. I am considering back to an OEM non T suspension.

My miles might be WAY over the top for you. Just to inform you, the car has 178k and runs flawlessly. Fresh NGK's, MAF, KS and harness, trans filter and atf, fresh gear lube, Balljoints, fuel filter, ceramic pads and new rotors, Teins, Stillen axle back stainless muffler, (sounds great but not annoying), every belt is new, new cabin filters, reman A/C pump.

There is more Im forgetting.

Mike, were the adjustable shocks in your Q original? If so, you should be technically on your third set and coming up on a fourth set (60k replacement schedule).

I'm not too concerned about miles. My big thing is I really want a white, silver or light/metallic green one ... I know I should be more concerned about the maint history than the color, but if time and means allows for both, why not?

Lets both think about it.

BTW, here's one on Craigslist in Chicagohttp://chicago.craigslist.org/....html
