injen makes one I think? you can get a JWT pop charger. ebay short ram.

thanks for that site i think im going with the cia from cosmo since it does not go all the way down so it wont get wet but it will pull colder air then the short ram

It will pull roughly the same temp air as the short ram. May even pull hotter air than the short ram, because it is directly behind the radiator. I converted my Cosmo WAI to a short ram. If I could go back I would get a Frankencar.
