that is not the right email, for Admins, those are our new technical support people.
that is for technical problems like a page not loading, NICO being offline, link not woriking etc etc.Or for us Admins to use, when we agree change the site around.
For membersship/registration, ie normal day to daymember stuff, please email a general Admin such as myself..

Nancy aka themonarch was a volunteer website technical support person, the nature of her posts should have made that clear.
Even I usually couldnt get a hold of her, as she is running a business and spent time on NICO only as her main gig would allow.
Day to day operations is Greg and myself.Torry can also fix your problems.
I respond to <all> emails within 24 hours or less.
Sometimes when you send email via NICO function yahoo spamgurd catches it ,but I been watching my bulk email folder for that.
As of this week we have a new and additonal email system.

Also nearly all Admins and Moderators have their NICO email fucntion enabled so all you ahve to do is to go to our profile and use "email this person" function.
Generally our Online Mechnaics ahve this disabled but all other Mods and Admins have it enabled so there is never a reason not to get a hold of any of us.
This thread has made me think we need a clear link on teh homepage on who to email.
I will see to it that its be done.I guess you guys just wanted to play by the rules as you understood them , no hit on you.
