I've never seen this before, anyone else?

First off, sorry my phone must not have saved the picture. I make a thread about something cool I saw and I don't even have a picture

Anyways, I went to the junkyard today to see the new inventory and found an 89 SE. All stock, even down to the original exhaust. The front windows had this weird, sort of tribal pinstripe all the way around the perimeter. I thought it was just something the owner did in his spare time, but down at the bottom there was a very official looking SE emblem in the same paint. The glass still has the factory Nissan emblem. I've never seen or heard of these windows before. Have I stumbled upon the holy grail of s13 windows? I figure they might be cool for someone restoring a 240, which I guess is kind of unlikey.

I'm going back on payday (Friday) to get some more stuff, so I'll take some pictures then if no one knows what I'm talking about.

Haha this is the best I can do for now.

It honestly looks fairly legit though and matches the rest of the pinstriping that comes on it from the factory.

A guess is aftermarket or dealer installed, could be OEM window and just tint/vinyl/paint added.

Alright here are the pics, sorry for the delay. After a second glance at them they really don't look that bad, and I noticed the quarter windows match. They are lightly painted and fairly translucent, so they are hardly noticeable. I might pick them up and rock them for a bit to see how they look.

I have seen some crazy Nissan windshields with some awesome layer in between the glass that said Nissan in neochrome coloring. It was rad.

That does sound awesome, never heard of that before.

I'm thinking you guys just can't see it in the pictures properly. There's no tint on the windows, they're 100% clear. The paint on the stripes is of the same texture as the stock pinstripes on the body. All the random stuff in the middle of the glass is just marker, dirt, etc. from the junkyard.

prolly a dealer installed option from nissan. its cool in that Robocop era vibe, but looks like crap really.
