I’ve lost 5th gear? I think? with engine light..

I’ve posted the last 4-5 posts and I apologize but I’ve got another new issue, I seafoamed the “right” way and my engine light came on.. I assumed it would turn off after 10 miles per FSM.. I get on the interstate and notice I’m running 70 at 3100 rpms.. fifth is gone.. also pushing the gear shift over to manual +\- and it would not change the indicator to 4.. it continued with D.. please tell me when the code drops I’ll get my 5th gear back??? :ohno:
