So the tube that I highlighted in this picture below keeps popping out. I've got 2 questions. 1. How do I make it stop coming out and 2. What does it do?

It's two tubes that connect with a T joint thingy that goes into the valve cover. It's located before the exhaust manifold heat shield dealy.

is that the crankcase breather or something? if so, are you talking about the hoses falling off? if that's the case, then put some dam clamps on em

if it is crank case breather. you need to know if they are blowing of or falling off. if they are blowing off i would check the pcv valve or just replace it.you could also have compression ring problems internally if they are blowing off. rare but possible

This one is a better picture. The tube that goes into the redtop is what I'm talking about. It keeps coming out of the valve cover when I do some spirited driving.

like nistek said is it falling off or blowing offif its blowing off then you have a valve problem, to check if you do simply unsrew your oil cap wile your car is running if you have smoke coming out(exuast) then your valves aernt seating properly, also check your pvc valve, the rubber grommet could also be hard causing the tee not to seal right.

I'm thinking it just needs some epoxy because it slides in and out pretty easily both when cold and hot. So I'm sure even the slightest pressure would blow it out. I mean my 9 year old brother was able to yank it out.

if its stuck in by a rubber groment apoxy isnt gonna help. i thought it was a pressed in piece. metal to metal is the only way the apoxy idea will work
