and here it is:http://www.admiration.ne.jp/ca....html

335,000yen X .013 = $4,355.00Plus another $1,469.00 for the rear 3pc wing and fog lampsThen there's the tax and another $200 or so to be shipped from Cali to the East Coast

So I'm looking at roughly $6,431.68

OK, who'd like to make the first donation?

Precisely what I was thinking..... That Q looks sad to be wearing that, like the people who wear the uniforms at TGI Fridays

I think it looks great and is a far cry from the plastic big arss snowplow looking professional rice burning prototypical half thought out crap that's out there. It's a little low profile and doesn't scream, "hey I'm a ditz, look at me because I'm screaming for attention. Do you need your parking lot plowed?"

It has continuous lines that aren't exaggerated and the rear wing doesn't look like an attempt to gain altitude. In other words it's tame and low key, which to me does not take away from the early 1st gen lines or curves and it adds a little sophistication. It cetainly doesn't look as bad as 90% of the other "out there kits". In my Opinion only Impuls' kits come close to keeping the 1st gens lines and curves in mind when wearing them.

I just saw this on e-bay. I don't remember seeing to many VIP copy kits on e-bay. It's actually not priced to bad. Kind of plain though.

That last one looks like a Q with a flip-up on the back and a snow plow on the front. Kinda looks nascar-monte carlo ish.

I think Wes is right. Sure the body kits extenuate the lines of the car, but it diminishes the luxury look.

Couldn't you find a better way to spend 6g's on a Q?

The only one I really like is the Admiration Kit, not any of the other ones. From the side view it looks nice and goes with the car. From the front it doesn't have that long bottom lip that angled down to the road, it only has a little lip that not angled much. The side skirt bows in a bit and the back bumper doesn't stick out like a hemroid.

The one from E-bay has that front snow plow and a box look because the side skirts don't bow in at all and the rear bumper is ... well plain.

6k is too much to spend that's why I'm taking donations. I'm also thinking about getting peices of different kits and mix matching them up. Taking the best from the ones I like, but that's tough because I'm not into hardly any of the front bumpers. I do like the billet grilles for the early Q's but not that nasty plow look. At least the Admiration's front bumper is acceptable to me.

thats the kit from JPUSA I sell that for $1245.00 that does not include S&H and tax. jpusa prices are protected under MAP = manufacturers advertise pricing, which most companies are going to now to protect it's dealer.

Really? can you e-mail me with some pics of the JPUSA kit and if it's the same then we can talk some business. Please don't get me all pumped up and then pull the carpet out. I'll dip into my savings to buy that kit. WooHoo and a box of rocks!!

True, and also this little tidbit...

It's now 'later'. What about the 'more'?

Anyway, that JP kit has just too much going on. And whats with the wheel openings on that blue car in side shot? Are those wheels really small, or are the wheel openings really big? The radius is off or something. Way too much space between the wheel/tire and the body kit. Just because the JP kit is more subtle that the real nasties doesn't make it actually subtle. Only the Impul kit falls into that category, and the curves on the Q demand subtle if it's gonna look good.
