I've Been driving my 1992 M30

a little bit here in northern VA (feels more like north Dakota), I have a few issues that are more annoying than anything, the first is, right side front window hadn't budged since I bought a cpl of months ago, went for a drive Saturday, accidentally hit the button, presto!! its going down in a jiffy, raised it right back up, waited 5 min , it worked again, the next day, not happening, I'm thinking switch cuz the motor and window movement was fine, next, cruise control, it doesn't work, if i turn it on and set it, a cpl of minutes later, it immediately downshifts out of overdrive, and i think the cruise worked once at that point. third the front struts/shocks are gone i believe, it bounce 2-3 times if i hit a rough spot, i found whats called, a strut mount, approx. 150 each, according to the diagram, that is the strut, is that correct? the last issues are convertible top, i hear the motor hum and all, the top will unfasten but that's it, won't lower, and won't raise, the last thing is the screw or actuator on the top, left side wont get snug, I'm thinking it must be the part the screw goes into, where in the world does one find such a part? Thanks ahead of time for reading my post, and any answers would be awesome. I love my little $500 gem, put $450 in it, and zoom zoom!!
