i tried to start my s14 sr today??

When I tried to start my car today for the first time after the swap it wouldn't do anything. When I plugged the battery in all the lights turned on but there was a noise that sounded like the hazards were on, but they weren't. It didn't sound like the fuel pump was turning on either. Has anyone gone through this before, and if so what did you do??
