I too have a revving problem... more twords idle though

So the car accelerates just fine. Just I noticed that I came to a light (about 10 mins ago) The needle dropped... Spiked up to 1500 and stayed there for a second then dropped down to about 750rpms.

It then proceeds to bounce around from 750-500 and back and forth. It sounds way cammed out and sometimes it will stay running and idle around 800 just really really ****ty. Other times is goes....

750-500, 500-650, 650-400, 400-550, 550-300.... then dead.

All within a matter of just maby 2-3 seconds.

BTW: my turbo gasket is blown and I ordered a new one and it still hasnt come. This car is my dayly driver and its my only means of transportation so it has forced me to drive it still.

Does anyone know what could cause this problem?

never mind....

I was looking around at Vac lines and stuff cause those allways seem to be the culprit.

I dont know what it is but it looks like a catch can right behind the radiator on the driver side. There is a line that goes from the throttle body to that. It had popped off and thats why it ran so bad.

Anyone know what that black can is and weather or not i need it cause my White S13 doesnt have one and if I need it I will get one before I try to start it up.
