surely you have some to contribute yourself.
the only time I can remember ever being knocked out was when I was 5 or 6(headshots begin to effect memory...). I was at the park playing "bumpercars" on a slide. I don't know how many of you have played this, but it involves sitting on the slide sideways with your feet hanging over to one side and sliding down into another person seated the same way. Anyway, there I am at the top of the slide, getting ready, getting seated, and OH ****! I lose my balance and find myself hanging upside down over the side of a slide probably about 12 feet in the air. Yeah, so my grip totally slipped. Landed face first in gravel (before nearly all playgrounds had mulch) blackness..come to a few seconds later, I raise my head up to see blood all over the gravel. blackness. come back to find myself being carried to a car, proceed to puke blood all over my uncle's awesome (and rare) Iron Maiden tour shirt. (ruined it, very sad). blackness. I don't remember really anything after that or the days following. I remember ice cream and mashed potatos were about all I could eat for a few days though. I still have a scar on my face that would line up with my baby teeth. That's probably the worst head shot I've had....
There was also that a time in high school, I think I was a junior that year, just getting back from some assembly at the gym, me and some friends in the hall laughing and being stupid in general. Me, all of the sudden, decide it'd be amusing to see if people would think I'm dumb enough to run as hard as I can head first into a locker. I am. I don't think the impact was loud enough to make my ears ring, but they were anyway, everything got fuzzy and I decided it'd probably be a good idea to run and hide in a bathroom to avoid questioning about that loud noise.
That locker had a huge dent the rest of my time in high school.
those are about all I can remember now though. I'm sure more of us have tales of ignorance to chime in with.
