When I read the resistance from the E pin to the contact for the spark plug I should read something less than 1 Ohm(if I read the schematic right), but I don't its infinite resistance. The other coil is fine on the coilpack, it reads 1> Ohm. This is how it is on all six of my coils. I have series one coils and I know that the ECU is sending out a signal. I know is possible to have bad coils but all six?

Well for an RB20, the FSM I have looking at the plug in the coil, left pin to center pin should read 0.6-0.9 ohms.Try changing the battery in the multimeter, maybe it is weak.

I used a Fluke 45 Multimeter, it plugs into the wall, The thing is the + and - pins read the correct amount of Ohms, but the E pin and the spark plug contact I have infinite Ohms of resistance

I wouldn't worry about it. I get the samething with Series 2 coils. The wire schematic is probably over simplified.

well with a series2 coil pack you have a power transistor built in and without a .7 volt drop between the base and emitter you will get infinite ohms

reference this http://www.meggala.com/rb25detenglish.html

That's a S2 diagram. According to that diagram you should get continuity between pin 3 and plug contact but don't. That's why I think it's oversimplified.
