i think my clutch is boned

yesterday on my way home from work sitting at a red light..it turns green..and the car wont go into gear.and the clutch petal felt soft so i .shut it off put it in seconed start it back and limped home.

today looked at the slave cylender and the boot had a tinny i mean tinny bit of fluid in it..so i picked up a slave and master cylnder after work...put them on bleed everything..the slave is moving the fork about an inch and the.clutch petal is about where it was...start up the car still wont go into gear and the clutch feels soft again..wtf..i shut it off and put it into gear thinking maybe the trans went turned it over and the car started moving... tried rebleeding it and no air only dot 3 comming out..

think i blew springs off the disk? or throw out bearing locked some how..

ooh yeah its a spec stage 2 with about 22k miles on it ...it was broken in properly..and iam only making 227rwhp

any ideas on what the problem is?

who has a good clutch at a good price?
