ok so 3 weeks ago my lights go on indicating an altinator. then for some reason my one headlight stays on. well i found a bad fuse, fixed it and got the altinator replaced. a week later the battery died. i charged it and tested it and the alt. both passed. had no issues. yesturday im driving and my abs light comes on. then the airbag light flashes a few times and my radio goes on and off. i get to where im going and shut the car off. do my thing and go to start the car and it turns over but doesnt start. i let it sit a few minutes and try again. now i have nothing. i leave the car. today i go back armed with my battery charger. i get in and turn on the ignition. i have power. i turn it over and it starts on the first try. now i find it interesting but ok. i start to drive and all of a sudden radio out airbag and abs light going on and off then the throttle starts to die. i just barley made it back to the parking spot. then it dies and i have no power. whats going on?

Sounds like the Engine computer module isnt working right err something. I remember hearing its easy to fry the comp if you fall behind on some engine repairs.Just a thought. - No idea if it would make it act like you describe.

Electrical problems like that can be really hard to pinpoint from symptoms alone. I'd have the car diagnosed by a dealer. They can diagnose with a consult and save you a lot of time and headache.

check ALL your fuses...there are 2 boxes under the hood. one is next to the battery. check your ecu/ecm fuse...but first disconnect the negative and positive terminals from the battery, pull the battery out for 15 minutes while you check the fuses.

then reinstall the fuses and then the battery, and start her up and let her run for 11 minutes so you ECU can relearn the idle position and automatically adjust the timing

keep us posted!!
