I think I know which route I'm going

I've been waiting many months for the shop to get me my CA. After a few failed attempts he tells me that he has most of the parts in the shop and all that is needed is rods and pistons, ecu and harness (with the help of you all I'm sure I can track those last two down). He tells me that he will build it identical to one he built a couple years ago. It was making 350 to the wheels on a T28 at 18lbs with a 9 to 1 compression ratio. Which is more than I was expecting with my T28 at 20lbs on the stock motor. So atleast some good has come from waiting, well hasn't come yet, but it's snowing now and I'm not in that much of a hurry anymore.
