i think i have a blown head gasket..

my car is shaking so bad and its spittin white smoke out the exhaust..i replaced fuel injectors but it still misses help

check to see if your oil is milky grey if it is your head gasket is blown if not replace plugs, fuel filter, use a higher octane gas (92 is what i run) and just a general oil change will help

check oil..yes..but allso check your coolant and see if there is oil in there or lack of coolant..as this is allso a tell tell sighn of a head gasket failure...if ither or is the case..then its time for a reputable shop..or a do it your self learning project...good luck ..keep us posted.
