i think i fried my ecu

i have an s15 and i installed my z32 by someones instructions off the internet.. well, about 30 seconds later while looking at my laptop to tune thru my emanage, i herd a relay going crazy, looked under my hood, and saw smoke coming from one of the spots where i twisted the wires together, i removed my z32... put on my sr20 maf again and called it a day.... next thing i know, my car wont start... any advice, any ideas.. it turns but wont start, any s15 ecus for sale?
