Heres my crappy photoshopping...go ahead and laugh

i offered $1000 and he accepted....its the perfect setup for me, 18", medium profile, chrome is a little blingy but it should look good with my blacked out q. plus everything is practically brand new!

what do you guys think? is the xterra setup the same as qx4? my bolt pattern and offset match perfectly, jw about backspacing and centre bore

Slick i think 18 will be small man. Go on toronto kijiji and type boss for search. guys there sells brand new boss for under 1000(for 22's. 20 will be much cheaper) and can fairly new tires for 400 or loss. I'm planning on buying a set from him in a month or two

18's may look a little small if youre trying to fit most of that wheel well, dont know exactly what youre going for, but I thought even my 20's were a bit small in there

They looks good though, nice choice fellow ontarian

Now pray for good weather so I can scope out some highschool hotties walkin home in there skirts

what ever u do don't get the 20's, alot of people done rock'd the hell out of those wheels the 18's look better, it would look clean and stock (meaning they belong together)

about the specs ask the guy to measure the hub, it should be 108mm or if u r doing test fit make sure its the front, because the back does not matter

its funny that guy says his rims are 16x7 but the tires are 18's how did he do that!?! (he probably copied and pasted the info about the rims, for the wrong size)

255/55/18 is a 29" diameter tire which is what comes stock on your QX4, keep that in mind. I dont know if they'd look too small or not, you'll really have to put one on first to get an idea. It will boil down to personal taste. My advice is make sure you love the rims before you buy them. If you slap one on and you're not feeling it, or if youre on the fence, just pass on the deal. You dont want to shell out $1000 for some rims that you dont even love.

And thanks for the comment on my rims, although i wonder why the prices are so different. My setup, brand new rims and tires, cost less than those used 18's..... are you sure you have checked the right tire shops? (meaning NOT the big conglomerate tire shops with all the fancy commercials and the clean waiting room with coffee and magazines) at my tire shop you sit on the nastiest couch youve ever seen (its actually an old bench seat from a van, with springs poking out), and theres like a 12 year old boy, who doesnt speak english, mounting your tires. (he does a good job too) and thats where you save money my friend

Good luck on the purchase

yeah, i did check a few shops in my area, the guys all said around $1400 plus tax for 20's and thats s***ty 20's. They didnt have really any choice for 18's and forget about polished aluminum

I got word back from the guy with the 20's.....I like the falken tires and they look newer than the ones on the 18's and after comparing the 2...the 20's honestly dont look as "blingy".....the chrome is alot more flashy on the thick spoked 18's and im not feeling the rippled design after comparing to the 20's. I also love the design of those!!! plus their cheaper. guys sellin for $900, ill give him $850. Hopefully i can meet him tonight and check em out. As long as that rubbers still in good shape id say its a good deal.

Ive seen 20's on a qx4 before.....my opinion...its perfect. I prefer a thicker tire, i just aint feelin' low pros.

I still am dying to get mud tires and some sweet a** mickey thompsons like that one guy has on here, or fuelers rims, but I weighed out my options....im doing a TON of mileage this year on the highway, and nvr offroad, the only plus would be i wouldnt have to change to winter tires.

I guess it all boils down to $$$ and practicallity. ive been searching for a nice off road lookin setup for weeks and...natha.

i just wanna thank you guys for your opinions, this is like the 3rd or 4th time ive asked for opinions and it may not be the last lol

arsenic...thats a sweet acura! is it urs? theres alot of those done-up in the gta, i really like em

Hey Qxx4,

I spoke to a guy on toronto kijji and hes offering me 899+gst for 22" boss 330 series and said tires will be 300-400. If your gonna go 20 or 18s you'll probably spend about 900-1100 everything included threw this guy and your Rims a BRAND New and you get choice style to. Im planning on getting boss 330 or 335 if its in my bolt pattern. And i did hit up a local shop for a quoted and said 1100+taxes for 22" boss 330 and 1000 for tires.

If you want ill talk to this guy and let him now ill get more buyer if hes willing to give it cheaper.

300-400 for about 70-80 % tread is right price. Theses tires are from a local shop.

Holy hell is that how much it would cost you to get the AC lift? What the hell is the shipping like? You could always just get the lift coils/springs & get the struts & shocks somewhere local for cheap (thats what I did anyhow). Just sayin'...
