I remember saying once that I thought the Accord Crosstour was good looking.

I take it back.

Saw a silver one today in person. Yuck. The horribleness is much worse in person. The proportions are really wonky; the car actually looks wider in front than in the rear due to some of the styling cues. And what looks like a graceful arcing roofline in pictures is more of a tremendously fat, amorphous blob of roof and hatch in person. The worst part of it, by far, is front fascia, which combines multiple grille openings and--for some unknown reason--features lots of sharp angles on an otherwise entirely blobular car. I saw the car from the front at a distance first and though "what the hell is that ugly mess?" The sharpness of the fascia combined with the weird "wider in front" look makes it seem like two halves of completely different cars.

It's incredible how tall the car is, too. And the visual height of the car is exaggerated to the eyes by the bizarrely high fog light placement. No thanks.

No thanks.
I sat in one at the Philly auto show. Quite roomy, but "blobular" is such a great description for it.

I'll blame it on hypoglycemia. I say stupid things when my blood sugar gets low.

Sex on wheels.

I absolutely hate the crosstour. It looks like Honda took parts from every car in its lineup and assembled them in to one "blobular" mess
