Haha, I was thinking along the same lines...I figure he'll have all the people who swapped motors post pictures and start threads and all of a sudden there will be like 6 swaps done by him on this board...good way to redeem himself since everyone thinks he ran to Canada or something

Ironicly, as soon as i cancelled with dauntt his motor shipments came in . I was feaking out cause it was taking so long but im glad he has everything in order. So i bought a motor from heavy throttle. I hope to still buy stuff from dauntt in the future though.

I was one of the people in on the first shipment and I am getting my swap done by him next week, so he has not left with the money. I he actually had to push my swap date back a little because he had so many swaps to do. I'll post again early next week to let you all know how everything went.

Whatever, i just wasted 2 weeks with him. I call him up at the beginning of june, he said the motors would be in the 15th, and that there was no guarantee id get one.. I give him a call later to check, he said he was getting 22 motors, had 7 installs waiting, and 15 people with partial deposits. I call him on the 15th to see whats up, he says all the motors are not in (wtf?) and to call back in a week, i give him a week in a half, and what do i get?

"oh uh..all the motors are gone dude"

well *****ing thanks for telling me now, thats why people have email.

He also informed me prices would probably go up $200...that's 2400.

For another 100 i can go to a truly reputable shop, like enjuku, phase2, or heavy throttle and KNOW ill get a motor.

I'm still alive, I haven't run off, we've been doing straight installs for a while now. I addressed this in the other thread as well. My website will be back shortly, it's not that I wanted it taken down I'm just working through some things with my webmaster right now. Also, I appologize that there are not enough motors to go beyond my depositers and installs, I've been hard at work trying to take care of everyone, but I unfortunately cannot be everything to everyone. I'm sorry that I can't get you a motor, but the first time I talked to you I said I was almost positive that there weren't going to be extras. Additionally, I didn't tell you they were all gone, I said that there wouldn't be any extra ones and there would be more in mid-July. I receive at least 20 emails a day about engines, it's difficult for me to contact everyone, much less when the emails are extremely old. Once again, I appologize for any inconvenience.
