On my quest for seats yesterday I found a set local to me for $150 which will probably be less than the cost + shipping from cali to Florida

btw..... those aren't z32 brakes... i go to this jdm warehouse in philly and all the s14 silvia's have them. the guy said they come on every clip they have ever sold... so they are actually s14 brakes, no conversion brake lines needed... just use the lines from the clip. they said they hadn't measured them but they look just as big as the z32's

if you you deftly got a good clip, the motor is the late-model s14 what your chassis are you putting it in? That particular motor should have the t28 Turbo which will also give it the little bit heavier transmission and a few other nice bells and whistles have fun.

that diff looks like the triangle pattern with 2 bolts at each point? is that normal for a jdm diff? is that suppose to be a jdm diff that they were suppose to give you, or did they just give you a diff?

maybe i should've read the whole post

I'm happy for you that you got a really good deal. Regarding the TEIN HA Coilovers I have those in my S13 and I love them they ride super good, I paid for my coilovers $600 shipped used.

I'm not sure what type of suspension you have right now, but if you have shocks and springs enjoy the TEINs not worth it selling them...

And good luck with the swap and everything else.

Runs well, very strong. Only thing is that the turbo keeps separating from the manifold. I think i just havent put those tabs in well enough.

take off the manifold and turbo and elbow. tac weld all the bolts once they are tightened... no more loose turbo parts, no more blown gaskets

I thought R32 GTR were 32mm.

But yes I have a set of the s14 calipers and they are the same as the z32 30mm iron...in fact I am using z32 rotors.

to be honest, if you ever felt you got shafted because of the mileage.. I'd say forget that, the money you could make selling the parts should pay for more than 50% of the rebuild.. Or a new turbo or whatever toys are more useful to you.. I think you got a great deal my friend.
