When the motor was built it had to be bored 40 over to get all the rust out of the cylinders. Ever since it seems like it has a stall on take off. Everything else is stock on the motor. I have NGK plugs n the motor. I had to replace the knock sensor, wires, fuel pump, filter, cap, rotor buttun. Is there anything i need to do to the computer? Also is there anyway to firm up the shifts, specially when u manual shift it u take tell any difference than just puttin it n drive.

If yo urebuilt it correctly the fact that it was borred to .040 over size has no impact on how the motor runs (I know it will increase displacement ever so slightly)

Just treat this you would a non-rebuilt motor. BUT double check the wires etc and look for vacum leaks etc.

Yes The Only Thing That Came Up Was A Knock Sensor. It was melted. Still seems to have a hesitation at take off. I had a cone filter on it and took it off and put the factory box back on and seemed to help alittle. Is there anyway to put an aftermarket coil on this car and boost the spark up? Also is there anyway to firm up the shifts?

Theres not much you can do about your auto trannys shifts.

As far as the aftermarket coil's go, i have heard some guys say that their spark was better with a new OEM coil vs for instance a MSD blaster coil. The aftermarket coils need stand alones to change dwell settings to really get the full bang out of them. Your better off with your stock coil for now.

Check for -Vac leaks -bad CLT sensor -bad TPS -Spark plug condition, all the spark plug tips should look the same. Do you have any cylinders where the tip is really dark?

Also, how did your knock sensor get melted? Was the knock sensor fine when you installed the engine?
