I really need A engine harness RB25det..!! (horror story)

I initially took my car to a so called performance shop, to get an engine swap, it was the rb25det that i wanted well after going and going almost begging to give money, they said no , no money at least not yet untill we start working on it.. i was ok that's reasonable, 3 months went by 1 year 2 years never even got touched only the ka was pulled out and the car was left there outside uncovered and there to rot , i payed cash for my engine rb 3,200 uds and still no work , decided to pull my car and engine and do it myself, well now the shop started giving me the run around , than wanted to charge me fees for my car being there so long now, he demands 600.00 usd.. i have no choice but to give him 600.00 i get my car all torn to hell and 2 months later i get my engine , they left it outside their shop for me to take , with nothing holding it back from any one taking it out on the curbgot my engine now and the harness is cut. and i'm pretty much need another one all the ecu part is missing.. so if any one knows where i can get one please let me know .. thanks guys..

Well if you have documents like a credit card receipt for you paying for the work and nothing was done, take them to small claims court and make him pay you back the money. Report him to the better business burro. I don't know why you waited so long, after 3 weeks nothing been done= you picking the car up and taking it somewhere else. Unless it's one of those great deals that nobody else could beat then lesson learned. I would have paid him **** after having the car that long.

yea i agree.. if u have documents stating u paid the guy i would take him to court.. and for that business they sux for treating there customers like dat.. and wat the hell is wrong wit u for having ur car sit there for so long and knowin it wasnt getting worked on?? hopefully u can get ur money back. and good luck with the swap bro.

Well he's charging you $600 for having your car sit there for so lond and for taking out the stock motor...

Umm NO.Tell him you'll give him $300 for taking out the motor and you wont charge HIM for cuting your harness.

You definetly shouldn't have let it sit for so long!!!

yeah i know guys , will never happen again i learned my lesson, i have nothing to prove except the loan that i got from my boss, for them, by the waythe shop is in Austin ,TX owner is fadi (shady) and the shop doesn't have a name yet but supose to be called Geefroce performance, you know the funny thing i pass by the other day and i saw another 240sx 95-96 there , and i thought to myself , "good luck buddy" lol....

there is a guy selling an mr2 91 or newer that told me today to sell his car and he would give me his hks fcon stand alone .. the motor is fully built.. and it's turbo and everything (red) slapped 6,000 with recetes into the motor itself and is letting it go for 5,000 the whole car.., i say it's a fair deal don't ya think..

than i don't have to worry about my harness.. ..:..

than again i have an hks fcon piggi back system that i need to get rid of with the rb25det ecu connector plug and play to whom ever has a complete harness..

i skipped through everything. but my harness is a mess also.....still. slo_240sx on here is doing my harness now. he called Jhot on monday about a new harness for my S1. they should be getting ahold of him either today, or tomorrow. but from talking to alex, it sounds like they can get one. he just wants to start fresh on my car. being the 5th person to try and fix it, its kind of unfair to him. but yeah, im gonna call jhot tomorrow also, if i remember. hoping that if him and i both call, it will sound like theres alot of intrest. possibly intice them to get a few of them.

from what i hear it's one of the best and easy to work with , less headake..

so if you have all the harness and cpu than it'll help you just incase you have to tune it for emissions purposes, you can go back and foward with no problem..that's all.. and that it's HKS of course..
