I wish I had a garage to fit 4 cars so that I can breathe a little bit and not worry about things such as the weather, storage for parts, a place to detail, etc...

On the other hand...we can dream a little too:

Maybe it's because we are not doing something wrong that we don't have one of those

Wouldn't it be cool if we all lived close together and put some money together and had a garage like that to share

i see a few problems with that garage

1. Most importantly, id never leave. This would cause- Lack of income- Lack of socialization- Maximum posting on NICO

2. Id run out of things to do on the Q in about a week

I really wish they wouldnt have put tile down, unless thats something different... Like with a urethene coat or something... oil spills would be impossible to clean.

Wes, you'd actually change oil in that garage? I'd pull the car out and change it outside near the drain (ghetto style lol) .... no work should be done in that garage as it's strictly for bring chicks over and taking showers (see shower) when you're done. Imagine bringing company over and never having to leave the garage???

Seems like they like to get pulled about every 10K miles.

zomg 3.0 CSL!!!!

That's a nice garage, the on-site dyno seems a bit excessive, it'd take a lot of use for that to pay for itself, but I'd like to have the other stuff on-site.

And I thought I had lost my friggin' mind just thinking about putting ceramic tile down in the garage at the new house! I have done side by side cost comparisons with the Home Depot "tile of the month" at $.69/sf + supplies vs. epoxyshield! I'm still on the edge. The home depot tile is actually a PEI V rated tile (heavy industrial) so I think it would hold up OK.

I actually put "check out ultimate garage" in the MLS on my last house after being so proud of the molding and sheetrock work I did. I even had a peg board surround to hide the water heater, and crown molding all the way around because it was impossible to mud the wall/ceiling union without re-texturing the ceiling.

I even hung framed B&W pics. from the original pre-release 1990 press kit hanging on the walls.

I will definatey post pics. when I finish the new house.

Heath
