Yeah, he could probably find an aftermarket domestic diff and ring gear, make custom mounts, get a driveshaft and axles made, and whala.... but that would be pretty expensive. I would imagine that the easiest thing would be to use the tt diff, or have a custom ring gear machined for you. Someone should do the math on the tt diff, See what kind of a difference in gearing it would make for this guy. If it turns out to be not enough of an improvement, custom parts would be neccesary.
